T he SVVS SUMMER SAUNTER is non competitive run into the
countryside organised by our Hon Sec Malcolm Bailey and his wife
Sheena. The starting point this year was Priory Farm in Nutfield
and the destination was Chiddingstone Castle in Kent, a privately owned
museum. Two routes were suggested, clockwise or anticlockwise, a
distance of approximately 18 miles of mainly country lanes. The day was
just perfect and we had a record turnout for this event of 27 proper
cars.
