IDENTIFICATION AND DATING:Unidentified
Car in Kashmir c1920
Couple of interesting photos sent to us by Mike
Statham (UK) requesting
identification.
Photos were taken somewhere in Kashmir 1919 to
1921. They were in his grandfather's collection from his time in the
army in India (parts now Pakistan). Not very good snaps, taken with a
simple box camera and certainly 620 contact prints.
-- Indeed
too
blurry and impossible to to make out any identification features. Could
be American but RHD. Perhaps Austro-Daimler? Still
a mystery?
